We have options on our menu for celiacs... and a really wide variety too, so you can try a bit of everything and more!
We have selected these products assuring that they are 100% gluten-free, and that there is no cross-contamination during the preparation of the dishes. We have specially-designated areas, use specific tools during their creation, and have trained all our wait staff and cooks on the guidelines to follow.
We have also introduced some specific products for celiacs like beer, pasta and bread... all gluten-free. And we have done all of this in conjunction with the Catalonia Celiacs Association.
